This Privacy Policy explains how Dr. James Paet (“I,” “me,” or “my”) collects, uses, and protects personal information through drjamespaet.com. I am committed to handling your information responsibly and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
Information I Collect
Contact form. When you send a message through the contact form, I collect your first and last name, email address, subject, and message.
Grace Notes newsletter. When you subscribe to Grace Notes, I collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
Course waitlist. When you join the course waitlist, I collect your name, email address, the course topics you are interested in, your preferred language, and any suggestion you choose to share. I use this only to let you know when courses open and to plan which courses to offer.
Website usage. Like most websites, this site automatically receives basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you visit. This information is collected through Google Analytics and is used in aggregate form only.

- To send you Grace Notes, my weekly newsletter, and the free copy of Grace-Filled Living you requested, only if you have subscribed
- To understand how visitors use the site so I can improve it
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Grace Notes Newsletter
Grace Notes is sent weekly, on Fridays, only to people who have subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may unsubscribe at any time. Once you unsubscribe, I will no longer send you newsletter emails.
Third-Party Services
This site relies on trusted service providers who process information on my behalf:
- Hostinger: website hosting, email, and Hostinger Reach (newsletter delivery)
- Google Analytics (through Site Kit by Google): anonymous website statistics
- Google Fonts: the typefaces used on this site
- YouTube: video thumbnails on this site load from YouTube, and video links open on YouTube, which has its own privacy policy
These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies, mainly for website statistics (Google Analytics) and to keep the site running smoothly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How Long I Keep Your Information
I keep contact form messages only as long as needed to respond and for my records. Newsletter subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe.

Children’s Privacy
This site is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
